Seller Terms

At PowerMan Records we love to keep it simple, transparant and rewarding. Market pricing, room for negotiation and low shipping fees are our 3 most important drivers.

Some Basic Seller Terms:

1) Feel free to check our ratings first and verify the feedbacks we get from other customers before you order.

2) All customers TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES needed to be paid upon delivery, we do NOT PREPAY ANY CUSTOM FEES prior/after an order

3) Once a payment is "received" in discogs we can no longer cancel or refund an order. Additionally, once the shipment process begins we are unable to stop it. If for some reason your order would be delayed, you will be informed immediately.

4) Negative feedbacks given by the customer prior to the arrival of the order will be reported to Discogs as non compliant to the discogs sales policy. If you are not happy with our service, please inform us before you leave a feedback. We are not animals but human beings with an open mind for continuous improvement.

5) Negative feedbacks WITHOUT prior communication will be returned with negative feedbacks.

6) UPC barcode Colored Vinyl Disclaimer:

We have a VERY large selection and sometimes labels will use the SAME UPC barcode for multiple colored and black variants on an LP, if you want to make sure if a vinyl color is as listed please place the order and CONTACT US PRIOR to paying, I will check it to verify, we can not be 100% perfect on the coloring as most LP's are sealed and we have no way of knowing.

7) Please keep in mind that Discogs is my hobby and NOT my main source of income. I have a day job too and need to travel abroad 1-2 weeks per month. So NO panic if i don't respond to your messages immediately. My goal is to always give you a reply within 72 hours and by the latest 4 business days after your initial message in line with the Discogs guidelines.

8 That is also the reason why I put 5 to 21 business days as a shipping time indication. I am running this webshop by myself and cannot afford a night shift staff like Amazon to offer next day shipping. Again, discogs is my hobby and it should be an enjoyable experience for both you as a customer and myself. I prefer to aim for a quality product, a real personal approach in communication, (after sales) customer service and solid packaging.

9) If you prefer rush rush orders and you are ok with receiving automated impersonal messages, shitty packaging and no after sales customer service for claims than I advise you NOT to buy from me but to buy from Amazon.

10) In line with Discogs guidelines, sent invoices that are not paid after 4 days, will be cancelled as a "Non-Paying Buyer with a negative feedback.

Namaste!
