Sounds great! A fat pop transitioning between “She” and Sassafras Roots”, but other than that, excellent.

Anyone here know if this sounds better/worse than the original pressing?

Amazing pressing, vocals are a little quiet for my liking but absolutely no surface noise and very clean sound. Color also fits the album very well.

Hmm...this seriously sounds like the "sounds matter" press that has been out for ages. also cut by kevin grey but on black vinyl. would not be surprised if same stampers were used.

This sounds good for a fierce, uproaring punk record. Very, very nice drum sound on this, the realistic drum kit sound really enhances the music (the amazing drum sound seems to make up for the shortcomings of the rest of the music at times). The vocals are clear and understandable. Full, lively sound overall. Not to nitpick but you can definitely tell that Mr. Gray used a digital file to cut this record. There are just parts of the record that sound a bit thin and compressed (see the bombastic drum solo near the end of Chump) not to mention the ocassional sibilance on the vocals. May just be artifacts from the original recording (was this even recorded analog to begin with? Curious as to a comparison with the original). Bass is boosted and prominent but could have been more smooth and defined. Not that this reissue sounds bad at all but limited at times. Pressing is awesome though, dead quiet, flat and center. But I'd be lying if I said this offers more sonically than the original CD. I will say though, She and F.O.D. sound particularly good out of the rest of the tracks.

Sound quality on this version is nothing but stellar, I got my copy for $21 and change thanks to my B&N membership.

This pressing hits hard. "She" sounds glorious. Did not disappoint.

This is the only pressing I've ever heard but it sounds great! Surface noise is pretty much nonexistent. No warping or wobble on my copy. As musicnut72 stated below, the sound is definitely full and clear. Tre Cool's drums sound especially awesome. Obviously the dookie-colored wax is perfect. Grab it while it's affordable!

I get the feeling that this is going to set scalped so hard when it is OOP. Buy it now while it is cheap!

Sound is full and clear imo. Billy's vocals seem to stand out more than I remember.
I'm satisfied though - 'Dookie' colored wax is cool. Needed a cleaning (ha ha) before spinning but wasn't a big deal.
