Propagandhi

Profile:
Political, yet humorous punk rock band from Winnipeg, Canada. Formed in 1989, they were one of the first bands to sign to Fat Wreck Chords. In 1997 singer / songwriter / bassist John K. Samson left the group to pursue other interests and eventually start another band, The Weakerthans. The remaining members of the group continued to work on Propagandhi material as well as starting their own label, G7 Welcoming Committee.

I do, but I don’t do enough. I am good, but often not as good as I want to be. Every time I sit and listen to a Propagandhi record I read the lyrics, look at the artwork and read their messages. I feel many emotions but I always walk away feeling inspired and a sense of power that my actions matter. If I can pass on one thing to the generations that follow me, it will be my Propagandhi records and cd’s, and say “start here......”.
